‘Breathwork’ as a term is a bit like ‘fitness training’. There are different types of ‘fitness training’ that work in different ways with different objectives or outcomes.
My training and areas of interest have led me to teach Breathwork for 4 purposes or objectives:

James is a qualified breathing instructor with over 500-hours specific training from Breathing Space’s dedicated Breathwork training programme.
Breathing Space is a certified ‘Professional Breathwork School’ by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and is part of the International Breathwork Foundation.
James is certified as an OxygenAdvantage® Functional Breathing instructor.
